MPH-traditional, 4 semester / 20-month format

• We look for students who have demonstrated commitment through careers, service, or training in advancing global health. This might include working with underserved communities or within a local state or regional public health entity (either domestically or internationally), volunteer or mission experience, or service with Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, etc.
• 3.5 or higher GPA preferred
• GRE scores are not required

MPH-accelerated, 3 semester / 12- or 15- month format

• For experienced public health professionals interested in enhancing their knowledge of global health issues and building upon leadership skills.
• We seek students who are passionate about global health and wish to improve the health of their local and global communities. 
• 3.5 or higher GPA preferred
• GRE scores are not required 

MPH Degree

• At least one semester of college-level biology and chemistry required.
• Statistics, calculus, organic chemistry, and physiology also preferred.
• GRE scores are not required

The EH department also offers an MPH in Global Environmental Health (GEH).

For this program, international experience is preferred.

• Provide students with a broad understanding of how federal, state, and local policies shape the U.S. health-care system. Graduates are well qualified to practice in the private health-care industry, nonprofit sector, and government.

• For students interested in building a leadership career for the delivery of health-care services. Students gain a broad set of practical skills and understanding suitable for success as health care managers and policy analysts.

MSPH in Health Services Research
